Jennifer & Anthony's Intimate Backyard Wedding Reception

An Intimate Star Wars Themed Wedding during the Pandemic

With weddings being postponed and cancelled left and right, it was definitely a breath of fresh air to document Jennifer & Anthony's Intimate Wedding day! Their original plans for the reception had to unfortunately be cancelled, so they reduced their guest count and made a new plan for the reception, which turned out quite amazing. The day began at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Miami where their closest family members witnessed with much joy; even though it was intimate, the nerves and anticipation usually felt at large weddings was very much alive. Jennifer's smile was as bright as a Bride with 200 witnesses! But it's not about the witnesses, it's about who is waiting for you at the end of the aisle. Once the marriage was sealed with a kiss and family portraits were done, Florians Classics awaited the newlyweds with a Classic Vintage Car and some sparkling champagne! After some celebratory champagne sipping, we headed over to Ingraham Park for a few Newlywed portraits. For all who live in Miami, you know how blazing hot it can be during the month of June, well, it was 106 degrees! But we were able to find a few shady spots and captured stunning images of their Love! Once we arrived to the father of the bride's home/backyard, our breath was completely taken away! There was a Gorgeous, Rustic Reception Setting that took place under a large, clear tent with a large LOVE sign next to it; over on the other side of the bright, blue pool was a DJ where the dances took place. As we walked into the Reception setting, we were able to spot the Star Wars themed details: the cake topper, the table names, the "Princess/Jedi Master" signs behind the sweetheart table chairs, and more! Star Wars is one of the reasons why they became a couple by the way! Jennifer & Anthony's guests were able to social distance while gazing at the lovely couple kiss and dance. Jennifer's niece is completely IN-LOVE with her! So you can imagine how much she cried until she was able to join into the father-daughter dance! Overall, a very heart-warming day!
